Crosta Osaka is located on the north-central 1st floor of JR Osaka Station (outside the ticket gate).

You can access it smoothly without any steps from the Central Gate, Midosuji Gate, or Sakurabashi Gate—even with a large suitcase.

You can also reach us without using stairs from taxi stops, JR express bus stops, or hotel shuttle drop-off points!

About Crosta

Are you open during the year-end and New Year holidays?
Yes, we are open 365 days a year.
Is the counter crowded?
It may get crowded depending on the season and time. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend allowing extra time. (Weekends, holidays, and peak seasons)
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can. All our stores use AirPAY. For supported brands, please refer to the AirPAY website.
Are there any items that cannot be handled?
Yes, we do not accept the following items:

・Items exceeding 2 meters in length or 30 kg in weight
・Bicycles (including foldable ones)
・Valuables, expensive items, precision electronics (laptops, digital cameras, tablets, etc.)
・Perishables, fragile items, animals, hazardous goods, refrigerated or easily spoiled items
・Bottled water or other liquid-filled containers
・Other items deemed unsuitable by staff

Can someone other than the depositor pick up the luggage?
Yes, as long as they have the storage receipt.
Can I earn WESTER points?
Yes. WESTER members who pay using ICOCA will earn 1 point per 200 yen.

About the Carry Service

Can I use the carry service for hotels not listed in the supported list?
The list is updated regularly, but as a rule, the service is only available for listed hotels.
Can I specify the delivery time to the hotel?
Sorry, we do not support time-specific delivery.
Can I make a reservation in advance?

About Temporary Storage

What should I do if I can’t pick up my luggage by 20:00?
Please pick up your luggage by 20:00. If you’re late, you can pick it up the next day after 9:00. A late fee of 800 JPY/item (1,000 JPY for large items) will apply.
What is the maximum number of days I can store my luggage?
Up to 15 days. An extra charge of 800 JPY/item/day (1,000 JPY for large items) will apply.
Is it possible the storage becomes full?
Yes, we may suspend acceptance when storage is full, especially during busy seasons (weekends, holidays, etc.).
Are small bags attached to or placed on the suitcase considered separate items?
Yes, additional items are considered separate and incur a charge of 800 JPY (1,000 JPY for large items) per item.
Can I store an umbrella?
One umbrella per stored item is accepted free of charge.
Can I store fresh flowers, perishables, or refrigerated items?

Can I change the contents of my stored luggage?
