After exiting the Shinkansen South Exit, go down the escalator (stairs) immediately and head toward the main entrance bus stop.
(The adjacent 7-Eleven is a landmark.)

About Crosta

Are you open during the New Year holidays?
Yes, we are open 365 days a year with no holidays.
Is the counter crowded?
It may be crowded depending on the season and time. We apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend coming with extra time. (Weekends and holidays, long holiday periods)
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can. All our stores accept AirPAY. Please check the AirPAY website for supported card brands.
Are there any items you cannot accept?
Yes, we cannot accept the following:

・Items exceeding 2 meters in length or 30kg in weight
・Bicycles (including folding bikes)
・Expensive, valuable, or precision equipment (laptops, digital cameras, tablets, etc.)
・Perishable, fragile, live animals, hazardous materials, refrigerated or spoilable goods
・Liquids in containers such as bottled water or PET bottles
・Other items deemed inappropriate by staff

Additionally, during busy times (weekends, holidays), we may decline instruments due to lack of storage space. Please refer to our terms.

Can someone other than the depositor (family/friend) pick up the luggage?
Yes, as long as they have the receipt slip, we can hand over the luggage.
Can I earn WESTER points?
If you are a WESTER member and pay with ICOCA, you earn 1 point per 200 yen.

About the Carry Service

Can I use the service if the hotel is not listed in the "supported hotels"?
The list is updated regularly, but as a rule, only listed hotels are supported.
Can I specify the delivery time to the hotel?
Sorry, we do not accept specific delivery time requests.
Can I make an advance reservation?

About Temporary Storage

What if I can’t pick up my luggage by 20:00?
Please pick up your luggage by 20:00. If later, you can retrieve it after 9:00 the next day, with a late fee of 800 yen per item (1,000 yen for large items).
What is the maximum storage period?
Up to 15 days. Additional daily fees of 800 yen (1,000 yen for large items) will apply.
Do you ever run out of space?
Yes, during peak periods we may be full and suspend storage. (Weekends and holidays)
Do small bags on top of or tied to a suitcase count as separate items?
Yes, any bags outside of the suitcase are counted separately, and we charge an extra 800 yen (1,000 yen for large items) per item.
Can I store an umbrella?
Yes, 1 umbrella per item is free of charge.
Can I store flowers, fresh food, or refrigerated items?
No, we cannot store perishables or items requiring refrigeration. See our terms.
