Crosta Hiroshima is located at JR Hiroshima Station 1F Shinkansen Gate (outside the ticket gate).

There are no steps from the Shinkansen Gate and conventional line ticket gates, making it comfortable to access even with large suitcases.

You can also easily reach us by elevator from taxi stands, highway bus stops, and streetcar stops!

About Crosta

Are you open during holidays?
Yes, we are open 365 days a year. (※Kansai Airport excluded)
Does the counter get crowded?
It can get crowded depending on the season and time of day. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please allow extra time when visiting (especially on weekends, holidays, and during long vacation periods).
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can. All our stores use AirPAY. For details on supported brands, please check the AirPAY website.
※Kansai Airport accepts only credit card payments (online). AirPAY is not available at the store.
Are there any items you cannot accept?
Yes, we cannot handle the following items:

- Items with a length exceeding 2 meters or weighing more than 30kg
- Bicycles (including folding bicycles)
- Valuables, precious items, and electronic devices (laptops, digital cameras, tablets, etc.)
- Items that deteriorate easily, fragile items, animals, dangerous goods, items requiring refrigeration, or perishable items
- Containers with liquids such as drinking water or plastic bottles
- Other items deemed problematic by our staff

In addition, please note that we may refuse to accept items such as musical instruments during busy periods, including weekends and holidays, when storage space is limited.
Can someone other than the person who checked in the luggage (such as a friend or family member) pick it up?
Yes, anyone with the claim ticket can pick up the luggage.
Can I earn WESTER points?
WESTER members paying with ICOCA will earn 1 point for every 200 yen spent.

About Carry Service

Can I use the carry service for accommodations not listed in the "Available Accommodations List"?
While we regularly update the "Available Accommodations List," the service is basically only available for the accommodations listed.
Can I specify a delivery time for hotel deliveries?
We apologize, but we cannot accommodate specific time requests.

About Temporary Storage

What should I do if I cannot pick up my luggage before 8 PM?
We kindly ask that you pick up your luggage by 8 PM in principle. If you come after 8 PM on the same day, please return after 9 AM. the next day. An additional fee will be charged per item for the extended storage.
What is the maximum number of days I can store my luggage?
You can store your luggage for up to 15 days. However, an additional fee will be charged based on the number of items × number of days.
Does the storage ever reach full capacity?
During busy periods, we may temporarily stop accepting luggage when we reach full capacity (especially on weekends, holidays, and during long vacation periods).
Are bags on top of or attached to my suitcase counted as separate items?
Yes, items sticking out of a suitcase are also counted as one item, and an additional fee is charged per item.
Can I store an umbrella?
One umbrella per luggage item can be stored free of charge.
Can I store fresh flowers, perishable items, or items requiring refrigeration?
We cannot accept items that deteriorate easily or require refrigeration or freezing.
Can I change the contents of my stored luggage?
Yes, you can change the contents at the counter.
