ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED

  • Items exceeding 2 meters in length or 30kg in weight

  • Valuables, precious items, electronic devices (laptops, digital cameras, tablets, etc.), strollers, bicycles, cardboard boxes

  • Fragile items, animals, dangerous goods, perishable items

  • Containers with liquids such as drinking water or plastic bottles

  • Other items deemed problematic by our staff

Regarding insurance coverage, we provide up to ¥100,000 per item.
